That redemption at the end for Shokan really took me by surprise. I actually want to see more of him from the series. And to be honest I’m really liking the mix of goofiness, insanity, and gore from the villains. The villain cast is solid. While some of the Elusive warriors are nice, some of then are not so well developed. Genba and Fubuki are interesting but the first 3 are not. But Tokiyuki is a solid MC. Overall, I’m just surprised I like this series a lot as the episodes progress. Can’t say the same of the other anime in this season. :)
