The fact Marty and Lang are so quick to drop him here... they are gonna loose him. Yuno keeps repeating that advice Dundee gave him about breaking things to find who his real friends are...

Yeah I think that's the ongoing theme with Yuno in 4.0. He openly tests people and watch how they react specially when it comes to situations with him being involved and they have to openly choose in a stressful situation. That's how he gauges people. I think he did this to Lottie and Eli by openly being hostile and not caring about them but they passed since they still understood and look to him as a friend despite being treated badly. He did this with Carlo and Fifi and Fifi failed the test miserably. Now it's Lang and Marty's turn.

glad majority of these comments are understanding Yuno for once. In Yunos eyes hes been grinding for cards as much as he can and hasnt been getting any, same goes for his friends, so when Marty gets upset that Yuno can't 1 shot 2 hacks in a row bc he decided to buy the contract without checking if they had enough its suddenly everyone elses especially Yunos fault. IC, one of Yunos biggests fears is being replaced and not being useful so why would Yuno feel valued by a leader who basically just told him youre replaceable? "Yuno didn't talk to anyone", he most definitely did and got ignored or his feelings were downplayed every time, Gege is the only one in the crew so far whos actually sat and listened to him about his frustrations. Not to mention Sykk has been getting burnt out with RP since he has no real goals other than just grinding for cards, doing the heist and then getting bitched out again for things he can't control

another thing is that the crew used to hang out together so some yelling or blaming every now and then wasnt as big of an issue in 3.0 cuase at the end of the day they felt like friends while in 4.0 yuno has basically been treated like an object by the crew even though lang specifically said he can do whatever he wants while being in the crew cause hes a person to them not just a hacker but then turns around and does the same thing he said they wouldnt do

One of the biggest dramas CB ever had in 3.0 was Ray ocean dumping Mickey. The only people on Ray’s side were Lang and Yuno and when they were talking to Mickey abt it he mentioned why he kicked Ray off the job. During the conversation Yuno told Mickey something along the lines of “if you kicked me off a the job I probably wouldn’t want to hack for you ever again.” Granted it was one conversation in 3.0, but it was a major arc for CB. Not even mentioning how this fear of being replaced is such an integral part of Yuno’s character. He feels like he needs to be useful for people to want him around. Threatening to be replaced by people you regard as your closest friends obviously will have a big effect on him. At the beginning of 4.0 he and Lang mostly had conversations that were Yuno confiding in him abt needing to be useful or else people wouldn’t want him around. Feel like Lang should know this abt Yuno by now. Also the fact that Lang is just assuming the worst in Yuno without even talking to him abt it first and having as much history as they do is crazy.

I guess at that point letting Marty learn from it was more important that stand up for Yuno. i feel so bad for yuno, the only time anyone from the group calls him is because they need something or it’s to reprimand him for doing something wrong. They don’t treat him like a friend they treat him as a dog whose only there to do heists and then they ignore him until the next heist. Everyone in the group has multiple positions but yunos the only one who has one position “the hacker”, so when marty says that people from the crew can be easily replaced it just seems like he’s saying they’re going to replace him because he’s not good enough, the whole convo just left a sick feeling in my stomach.

The boiling point here is that Yuno is not being listened to when he talks, then the crew gets mad about the things they should've listened to him about and end up yelling at him as if he's the cause. Marty is completely in the wrong here for buying the contract when he knew their supplies were not enough (and if he doesn't there's people with keys he can call to have check or go with to check) after both Gigi and Yuno have said multiple times they shouldn't go with a certain minimum of cards. And they were ignored. It's also crazy to buy the contract when you're not 100% on crew's attendance. They got so confident with ooc calling Yuno to wake up literally after buying the contract and immediately throwing him into the heist even he's still half asleep, let's not even mention the possibilities of him not waking up for any other reason and not being available to even be in the city. Taking it out on Yuno and singling him out before even everyone was there to start the meeting then immediately going off at him when everyone was there and ignoring everything he says as if he doesn't know what he's talking about, and Marty refusing to take any responsibility for his own mistakes and just blowing up on everyone is just flat out bad leadership. Gigi being the only one who tried to speak up for him also just made it seem like everyone else who was silent agreed with Marty. All of this might've been solved if Marty or Lang tried talking to Yuno after that last meeting. They both didn't contact him. Lang told Marty too talk to Yuno again and see where he's at, he didn't. Lang SHOULD'VE stepped in as a don and made sure things wouldn't take a turn for the worst, he didn't either. These were Yuno's best friends first before they were his crew members, and yet they don't even call him for anything besides heists anymore or spend time with him. Lang used to understand Yuno better than anyone without the need for explanations because he knew him that well. He once yelled at Guy Jones for treating Yuno like he's not a person but someone only there to hack and call when it's useful. He was right there when the Mickey/Ray situation happened and Yuno told Mickey that if he ever kicked him off a job he'd never want to hack for him ever again. The problem is that Lang and Marty at some point drew a line between friendship and business and stood where the business is, but they both know friendship is the only thing Yuno is there for.

It is absolutely wild to me that they think Yuno is reacting only to Marty calling everyone replaceable and saying do more or leave. Everyone told him to quit g6 only to turn around and pressure him to get pny card cuz he's the g6 guy. They push him to do heists when he said he isn't comfortable doing it without proper materials. From a Yuno prospective, he's being blamed for everything, no one talks to him unless it's to complain about him not doing enough, then finally was told do more or leave. So he left and now everyone's pissed again. Marty and Lang are also right to call out how Yuno never talks to anyone in depth. They think he only care about g6 to get money and doesn't care about crime because he never had the conversation with them about where he's at. He never told anyone how upset he was with all the "blame yuno" stuff, doesn't check in with Marty about how getting supplies are going, and thinks that people have to talk to him or they don't care about them. Yuno always caves and does what he thinks the crew wants him to do, like quitting then grinding g6. Now he heard Marty say if you won't do everything to get supplies, leave. So he left. As leader, Marty needs to realize his emotional fit caused yuno to have an emotional fit and they need to talk it out without Marty getting mad and without Yuno shutting down and saying it's all over. Threatening your crew saying they're all replaceable if they don't results is the quickest way to lose people.

Even she feels like she gets ignored at times. Additionally, this is all after Lang kept pressuring Yuno to quit G6 for weeks, then flipped to wanting him to leverage G6 for cards, with no care for other connections.

It’s because Yuno has a different value system. Lang only knows and has Hazel because Yuno sent him, Yuno has invested literal tens of thousands of dollars of dollars into the crew with no expectation or want for repayment and only makes it known in passing because he doesn’t do it to flex. He views them as family and that was the whole point of the switch from The Company. He wanted a family that would last and a place where people cared less about your value and more about you which is why he was moved when Lang said “Come home” because that’s how he viewed them , family. So for him to join and get everything he does shit on like scrambling for Laundry mats to dry responses, then when he stops and focuses on G6 and enjoys it he needs to stop and they all want him arrested, then when he makes the choice to quit from pressure it’s suddenly useful and they want him hitting it on cooldown, when he does and his rep comes in handy somehow he’s not doing enough because of a spawn rate and gets put on blast and told he’s replaceable by Marty who LITERALLY said “he wanted me to join because he couldn’t imagine doing heists without me and I agreed”. IC that shit would hurt and ofc make him feel unwanted.

Yuno's POV (for those wondering wtf happened): TLDR: He feels like he was set up to fail, ignored, blamed and called replaceable so he's taking a backseat to heists. (The following is the gist of what I've seen on Sykkuno's stream since his last heist attempt and is only told from Yuno's side.) Yuno wakes up to the crew having already bought the contract with only 2 cards. He's frustrated since he's told people multiple times they shouldn't attempt to go in with fewer than 4 cards. He does the hack, fails, then gets accused of not trying hard enough to get materials. He hears Marty say there are plenty of people that are willing to put in the effort that can replace whoever is not putting in enough effort. Later that day a frustrated Yuno calls Marty asking about his loan, saying he's "gonna need money if he's gonna buy pny cards for the crew." Fast forward a few days Yuno has left the app and has some......."internal monologues"..... explaining that he felt like the crew set him up to fail the hack, by starting the job with only 2 cards, then blamed him while implying he's replaceable. He left the app citing "since I didn't bring any cards I don't deserve to go on the heist." (referring to Marty implying he's replaceable). He also says he doesn't have a reason to do heists since they are never gonna pay out and he seems to think Marty wants to replace him. My theory on why he left the app: He's stated multiple times that he wanted to sell weed up north instead of Cypress because a lot of his other friends sell there and there are less cops. I think, since he's taking a backseat on heists, he's using this as an opportunity to sell weed up north until Marty apologizes. *UPDATE*: (as of 4/02/2024) he told Gigi the reason he left was because" nobody listened to him when he told the crew that they need more cards per attempt" so he sat out so the crew stock piles more cards.

Lang and Marty are just wrong here. What happened was yuno spoke up about the heist, and no one listened. He then spoke up again before they did it and he didn't listen. He even said it would fail. Then it failed. Then Marty yelled at yuno over stuff which yuno has no control. Yuno's reaction seems correct. If I were yuno, I wouldn't have left the crew but instead just simply not participated until Marty worked his butt off in G6 and got a card.

Tbf, I watch syk’s friends a lot when he’s not streaming, as soon as the pny cards started showing up, Yuno decided he farmed enough money out of g6 and got off schedule. i think there is 3 possibilities 1 Yuno got kicked from app when he attempted to join lotties app to see what would happen and didnt realise it would kick him. 2 Yuno left of purpose, but im stream watcher and he never said he left, he sadge farmed for a bit implied he got kicked and showed he didnt have the HQ app but he was memeing and just didnt have his HQ app in the pad. Yuno has constantly been put in a position to choose between the heist crew and his friends. He has had absolutely minimal fun with heists he has said it himself. He has been questioned multiple times about his commitment to the crew and then he took what Marty said as marty coming at him about being replaceable. It was inevitable that he was leaving even if its only temporary. i think the marty thing was the last straw for him even though Marty didnt do anything overly wrong it was just a lot of build up for Yuno.

Yuno needs to start his own thing with lotties pc setup. Ino he dont like leadership position but its best for him. He doesn't have fun in langs crew. If you notice yuno happy usually is with his g6 friends doing fun things which is ultimately what he wants to do. Yuno 4.0 knows his worth but his coms are the worst. He didn't tell The Company when he left and now he leaves the hq with no reason as far as the crew knows. His crew got card connections bc Yuno has been telling people that Lang, Gigi or even Luci are looking for cards but doesn't let his crew know. He could buy them but he wants to keep his civ disguise as long as he can. The only reason he joined is to be with his friends to have fun and be useful the them. He became a millionaire with his hard work without the crews help. He has done a lot for this crew without getting anything return, in fact he has only lost money so when Marty said he is replaceable something change inside him. Don't know if it was rp, burned out or he was actually hurt but he stop doing g6 as much or even waking up in the city. He did stab a guy that tried to rob him the other day which is something he has never done before. This could be fixed with a phone call but with CB coms this could take days or weeks.

As a Yuno/Sykkuno fan seeing syk fail the hacks over and over again and knowing its his fault the crew cant progress would absolutely destroy his confidence, the last time Yuno struggled on a hack this much was the black dongle, and he had a supportive team and everyone on the crew was equal, but now instead of having support, Marty (Heist leader) absolutely blasted Yuno (I know not for failing the hack) but for not essentially contributing enough. Tbh I dont blame Yuno for ditching the heist crew when he can easily find a supportive crew (Civ gang, hydra, besties, etc). Although I think he definitely shouldve at least talked to Gigi maybe not Lang since lang would deffo beg Yuno to stay

Yuno's only fail was because he was distracted? Last job he did, he only had 2 cards.... You can't call that a fail (and with over and over description) if he didn't get to use all attempts bc of lack of supplies. Yuno is the only person in the city who hacked the pny doors twice using only two cards. He is also only the consistent one doing the thermite and fingerprint like 100% success rate except the first time he tried those hacks. Just fact-checking. Also, Yuno's last, last job he succeeded with only 3 cards and he explicitly told the crew that he's not gonna do pny doors again if he didn't have 4 cards at least, but landed on deaf ears bc in their next attempt they brought only 2 fucking cards then Marty went ballistic after they failed the job that was set up to fail as per Yuno's words. The irony that Marty said that they'll no longer hit maze every two days if they don't have ample supplies when Yuno and Gege were saying that for the longest time.

Omie and Buddha have both been mailing in some ultra low quality RP in 4.0 I never could have imagined Buddha would sink this low. As someone who was on the public server when Omie first started - this is exactly what I expected from him. Its funny cause Yuno doesn't care about getting money from the heist or the crew he sees the bigger picture. He loves heist but it is also about having fun and knowing people are supporting you which he feels isn't happening. He now says if yall dont want to do heists for fun and just want someone whos a hacker who will just shut up and listen and shoot when ready then get that person but hes not going to be that machine anymore. It comes down to how Marty talked to Yuno. Basically told him he's replaceable. He's been apart of all the heists because he wants to have fun with his friends. But if at the end of it, they yell at him, tell him he doesn't want to be there and that there are others that will do the job if he doesn't want to, of course there's no incentive to stay. He's put a ton of time and effort into the group and really hasn't seen anything for it. And for Lang to just brush it off like his feelings don't matter... They're not taking a second to put themselves in his shoes. They first told him to quit G6 which is something he's loved, then they tell him to do it more... They're really not being good friends to him. Maybe he doesn't talk to them about it because they've given him no impression that they care to hear it especially since they've been ignoring his input anyways. I know this is all just RP but I genuinely think this has really effected him.

As far as we know from Yuno's perspective, he got kicked out of the HQ app. He didn't tell chat that he left on his own accord. And because he didn't get any PNY card, even though he ran G6 every 3 hours, he figured he didn't deserve to be on the next heist anyway after Martin decided to basically say if you don't pull your weight around you don't deserve to be part of the heist.
