Where can we find our "cause" (karma's seeds)? All the seeds of karma are stored in our Alaya. "Cause" is within our Alaya (fasle mind). Outside the mind are the condition needed for the cause to obtain the effect. If our "cause " is Amitabha Buddha, the condition outside the mind has no purpose for us. The thought of Amitabha Buddha is the condition that will suppress the "cause" in the Alaya . Only the thought (condition ) of Amitabha Buddha can control Alaya . An analogy: if we keep the beans in a drawer, deprived the beans of sunlight, water and earth, the seeds are there but it can't germinate. 🙏🙏🙏 Amitabha Buddha

Beautifully explained! 🙏 The analogy of the seeds in the drawer really brings clarity to how the 'cause' and conditions work. By focusing our thoughts on Amitabha Buddha, we can suppress the seeds of karma stored in the Alaya and prevent them from sprouting. It reminds us of the power of mindfulness and devotion in guiding our spiritual path. Thank you for sharing this profound reflection! May we all continue to nurture the right conditions for liberation. 🙏 Amitabha Buddha.

This is a total fabrication. A tall story. Besides, what does it matter? It’s his teachings that are the real jewels.

Thank you for sharing your perspective! 🙏 You're absolutely right-the true value lies in the Buddha's teachings, which are timeless and transformative. Stories may vary, but the Dhamma remains the ultimate treasure. Appreciate your insight!
