Happiness is undoubtedly the most desirable state of being we all strive to achieve. Thus, every human being is continuously engaged in one experiment after the other in their own ways to experience new ways to attain fulfilling happiness and increase its intensity for a longer-lasting effect. Therefore, one of life’s most rewarding endeavours has to be to spend time discovering, exploring and studying what the Buddha - the foremost authority on the mind, expounded on this topic.
