I like the info on holding the bead with your thumb and middle finger. I will do this when I pray my rosary. That's a good tip to draw instead of visualization. I always have a hard time visualizing when doing my protection exercise. I'll try to draw it instead😄 Thank you for sharing your knowledge and your spiritual journey 🩷🩵
