But we often do good deed with some aspirations, for example to recover from certain illness, etc. So how can someone makes an aspiration while doing good deed but is free from selfishness?

EVERY INDIVIDUAL BORN AS AN ADAM, WITHOUT ANY GENDER DIFFERENCES. ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHISM WE ALL COME FROM ABBASHARA (Adam/every individual born). ~Aggañña & Brahmjala/Sutra Take all the time, to think about it. All religions are single Philosophy en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agga%C3%B1%C3%B1a_Sutta
