It is quite interesting, I can imagine that in normal circumstances missing the last hour in audio would cause somewhat of a disturbance in my mind. After listening and processing the first 55 minutes, I must say I feel at peace and am happy for the first 55minutes. It inspires to really analyze the mind and learn how to control it. It inspires to fill in the next 60 minutes ourselves.
