Lots of variation in color contrast and audio quality between the cameras, but the subject in the camera lens was always great---interesting shootout nonetheless. I liked the Nexigo N60 the best. Be well, brother.

Good video Joe. I have quite a few different webcams. I have tried the J5 Create (Not very good). I have not tried the Aukey but do hear a lot of good reviews with them. My favorite one that I have though on the pricey side is my Elgato Facecam. I do a lot of KZbin video's myself, including live streams. I have several Logitech C920's and if you use the Logitech G Hub software and with the proper lighting (I have web cam lighting ) I can make them look almost as good as my Sony A6000 digital Mirrorless camera that I used to use for live KZbin streaming. The trick with webcams is to turn the Exposure down and use some kind of lighting. Les processing the webcam has to do when you use actual lighting and the webcam does not have to adjust for it. Again Joe, great video and eventually, I may try that Aukey LMI1E. The Nexigo N60 was not bad, but it had the fish eye look, which I don't care for. I never use the built in webcam mic. On my pc, I mostly use a Elgato wave 3 usb mic and on my Mac mini Mi, I use a usb audio interface with a XLR mic. Take care Joe.

Wow, surprised at how big the differences were among these five. FWIW, if I were going to buy one of these to use for KZbin doing the sort of videos you tend to do I would go with the Aukey. But if I were an employee who sometimes or always works from home and needed a webcam for Zoom meeting purposes I'd go with the CODi, though any of them would work for meeting purposes, I guess.

For videoconferencing, I’d go with the CODi, because the field of view on that lens is closer to a normal (i.e., human eye) view, and looks the most flattering and natural for times when focusing on the face is most important. For the kind of videos you’re trying to do, I’d probably go with the Aukey, although I think an iPhone would take better video, honestly. #1 looks over-processed and over-sharpened to me. #2 is not very sharp, and has a rather bluish color cast. The Aukey has the most natural sounding audio, although NONE of them have good enough audio quality for making professional music videos, obviously-Webcams are designed primarily for videoconferencing, after all.

J5 Create actualy looked like natural colour, instead of the rest's blue light washed out look. If you're going to do KZbin, the better the camera, the better it looks on phone, tvs, tablets and laptops. Audio on all these cameras are pretty much crap and only okay for close up talking.
