Budget 2023: 30 hours of free childcare for children over 9 months

The Chancellor has announced that 30 hours of free childcare is to be introduced along with incentive payments of £600 to promote the hiring of more childminders.
Eligible households will be where all adults are working at least 16 hours a week, Jeremy Hunt said.
This is not just for three or four-year-olds but "every single child over the age of nine months", he added.
