جب تک پاکستان پراپرٹی کے کاروبار سے نکل کر پروڈکشن اور ایکسپورٹ کیطرف نہیں جائے گا اس وقت تک پاکستان مسائل سے نہیں نکل سکتا۔۔پراپرٹی پر 15 کی بجائے 30 فیصد ٹیکس لگانا چاہیے

Due to heavy taxes on real estate especially barren plots, this dormant money will be invested in near future in other sectors like IT, manufacturing etc. Taxing this unregulated sector (real estate) is positive step.

Invest this 20 lac wisely in mutual/pension fund etc for 50 years, you will definitely earn much more than this scrap DHA 10 sector or other societies. Make/invest small IT companies, this is real future of Pakistan.

In my view, coming DHA phase 10, one kanal maximum price including all DHA charges should be 20 lacs because after 50 years (approx) this sector may liveable.

Rate of file depends on the rate of land which dha has to purchase for development. If 1 acre cost 4 Cr then price of file can never go below 85. Basic maths

@@CSSExamined No at the moment your math is not right. Society collect this amount in parts within 2 or 3 years but owner may be able to live after 40 years. This is open day robbery. Society must develop & give possession within 3 years then your math is logical.

Prices will come below 05 crores of plots in all Dha phases because of taxes.
