Now real estate is litter (waste of money). This sector should be taxed heavily and taxes should go to Government of Pakistan. DHA management appetite will increase day by day due low rate of transfers of plots etc.

@@smilekitchenofficial probably continued to be applicable till issuance of completion certificate… Surprisingly what loss owner of the plot inflicting to Dha if not constructing on plot . Actually dha want to take share of profit from owner in case plot is being transferred to new purchaser.. Such type of charges are called “Hidden charges “ non utilization charges are absolutely not justifiable .
