Not a single word about general middle order retired senior citizens, who are generally depositing their life time hard earned savings in banks FD etc and paying income tax on their pension income and interest income at par with regular employees & if they break their FD prematurely in need of emergency, they have to pay 1 or 2% penalty on prevailing rates & thus, their life time savings are depleting day by day and making them poorer day by day and if senior citizens are staying in a rented house or old age home due to various social reasons, they have to pay rent and apart from this, they have to pay for costly medicines, required for old age problems*
