Had me laughing from start to finish. Al is by far a better driver than navigator. Some decent all terrain tyres and a steel sump guard would help. Maybe a lift kit too

I recommend putting some all terrain tyres on this as they're pretty decent with the right tyres and the only thing that lets them down they don't have a transfer box ,if this had low ratio she would be a beast off road

old freelanders tdi version pretty reliable, just be careful with the tires though if you mix them ull blow the rear diff. i went through 4 and mine was in a fleet of 150 and other guys had diffs too until landrover released a service note saying diffs will fail if tyres are mixed so i had them put latitudes on it all round no issues after that.

Ok so clearly Al is the best off road driver, Nortons 10 seconds of shame at about 25 mins in was the most pitiful bit of driving on KZbin. But Lloydy still had plenty to say without actually getting behind the wheel. I think the next off road episode should be Lloydy having to do any challenge the others choose 😂

The Hippos(freelandedr) are pretty good lttle off roaders.. and if driven right will almost keep up with full off roaders.... The Hippo Facelift with the BMW TD4 engine was possible the best ever...
