Thanks lovely Sophie! Another idea for tomatoes could be to pop a bit of olive oil on them and then air fry or oven cook them. Tomatoes are full of lycopene and when they are cooked they are actually even better for you! A powerhouse 🥰. Love that you fed the piggies ❤ xxx

Try the locally-grown broccoli and garlic from the farmers markets! Sometimes Aldi garlic comes from Spain but absolutely avoid supermarket garlic grown in C h i n a. Thank you for sharing your Aldi haul!

Yes, I have heard they bleach their garlic 😮😮😮! Have just started growing my own garlic, the only issue is, I use so much I just can't grow enough! However we picked up some lovely smoked garlic from farm this weekend👍🏼♥️

I also forage for my rabbits they love those big big leaves that kids use to rub on your skin if u got stung by the nettles that cause bumps in your skin, haha 😄

Hi Sophie love your videos just wondered I'm sure you do but do you put a freezer bag over the chicken before you freeze it I ask because I didn't realise that the container and plastic on fresh chicken is not freezer safe and the meat will get freezer burn I lost some lovely chicken due to this so now anything that's bought fresh in a carton I make sure i put a freezer bag over it as i said im sure with all your knowledge you already do this xx

O my gosh, I can't believe people of their knickers in a twist over "throwing away" icky tomatoes. With everything else going on in thecworld, I can think of other things to be more concerned about than someone binning, who never said She was binning unpalatable tomatoes.
