Have you looked at getting a water filter just to save you buying bottled water? You can get the jugs that are pretty reasonably priced and you just need to replace the filter every now and then x

Yeah we do have one of those, but I read that they don't filter everything out, so we just switched to bottled water instead xx

Exotic mix looks nice love stuff like that. I went into Aldi the other day to grab some lollies for the kids and couldnt believe how many there were and how cheap too! Xx

Aldi is such good value for money - I really like Lidl too! The exotic mix was nice, I'd defo buy it again. Got the kids to try it, told them they were sweets - they were not impressed 😂xx

The price for the free range eggs is good. I have been getting the 10 large eggs from home bargains until the lady on the till told me whst a terrible existence those poor hens had. It really upset me and from now on I will get free range outdoor hens eggs. More expensive I know but I can't bear to think about those poor caged hens. Good price for all those groceries ❤

We call them cos lettuce here. I kuch prefer raw capsicum to cooked. Very nice haul, can't wait to see meals of the week again!

I think I agree with you, I prefer them raw but u do like them cooked. I also love stuffed peppers...I'll have to do them for dinner soon! Xx

Oh my days I nearly died when I was kid as I swallowed two of those mint sweets! Luckily one of them came up instantly but the other was completely lodged & wouldn’t come up 😢. My dad tried everything to dislodge it but it wouldn’t budge, nothing worked, after minutes & minutes of it not coming up he resorted to holding me buy my ankles & shaking me downwards, I then puked it up. It was terrifying! I’ve definitely got issues stemming from that with regards to choking & eating, & when my kids eat to. I think I was around 10 years old roughly.

Oh my god how terrifying for you and your family. I've never let them have them before, because I have a fear of them choking. Zacky started to choke on a maoam sweet when he was 3, my friend gave him a big smack on the back and it came up, and he also almost choked on a piece of scotch pancake when lily was a newborn and my sister smacked him on the back and it came up. Charlie got a similar size chewy candy stuck for a moment when he was very little. It's scary, and that was nothing compared to what happened to you! They are not allowed lollipops, very rarely. They think I'm mean, but I saw one come off it's stick and my cousins little one almost choked on it, I saw it get lodged and he managed to get it out quickly, but that terrified me! I'm not keen on getting them again tbh, it's just the shape...xx

I know - they were all squashed! And some of the chicken packs were open too - I told the checkout guy. Looks like there may have been a bit of clumsiness when unloading stock...
