2 things i would suggest for any inexpensive stand. 1st lube the bracket (slightly) so it will rotate easier. 2nd. weld the unit together or replace the bolts with grade 8 washers, nuts, and bolts.

Definitely weld it all together, I do all of mine right out of the box. Don't forget to tack weld the nuts on the front casters so they can't back off.
