Seconded. I think it's the sweet spot. Mild upgrades to a precon or a pile of jank. They are fun AND accessible.

$50 budget is my fave. I use TCG prices on moxfield to get a consistent baseline and I exclude basic lands (which moxfield usually does automatically). Its one of my favorite building restrictions.

22:45 I can't boo Sam. I watched 3 games with PleasantKenobi's Blue/White Abdel Adrian & built my own after. And it is my favorite deck. It is monstrously funny to me to take lots of game actions that amount to a lot of nothing happening. 😂 And now I gotta figure out my own mono-white Abdel Adrian deck that does this lifegain schtick cause this is immensely hilarious! 😂❤😂 #TryToKillMe

Not to be that guy, but.... I think Abdel was done wrong on turn 6. His return needs to happen before the ETB triggers resolve. I think it would have only been 1 less soldier though. :)

nah, he did it right. when abdel leaves and comes back, everything underneath also comes back with him all at the same time. From there, you can choose how all your ETB triggers happen, usually with abdel's exiling being last. dude is mad broken, speaking from personal experience.

15:18 can’t use vhal to cast that

You can! It's one of the fun parts of the deck. Vhal's mana just can't be used to cast from your hand, but you can use it to cast the background from the command zone. It curves pretty well to cast Vhal and then get the Raised by Giants background out on the next turn.
