Perfect length and coverage of 3 condos in 11 and a half minutes, with enough detail to get a good idea of value/location proposition. Well done 🙂. I stayed near Central Festival in a "Dcondo" place and found it difficult as a walkable area, with all those big roads and limited crossing points, and not much in the way of smaller restaurants, bars, shopping places. Still, that Supalai Monte II apartment looked great. Might be worth another look in that area.

I used to live at Supalai Monte 2 (found it through Perfect Homes too), the view is really amazing when the sky clears up. It's a shame you didn't go to the rooftop area where you can have panoramic views. You're high enough that you can watch individual pockets of rain roaming around the city. I strongly prefer rooms on the East side of the building for the view and sometimes you can see hot air balloons in the distance. Notes for anyone interested and/or unfamiliar with Chiang Mai: the condo staff are excellent, parking is plentiful, there are face scanners for the doors, and there's a half-court behind the building if you like basketball. There are many festivals at Central Festival with a ton of small food vendors at the bottom floor and an immigration office for doing check-ins and extensions. If you need a more robust gym, there's the O2 Gym, Home Fitness, and Awake Gym a short distance away.

The Hillside 4 Condo featured in this video is located in the most quiet side of the building. There will be no Nimman street traffic and noise. I know because I have stayed at Hillside 4. It is a really nice building and location.

I like the shirt, where did you get it? Might be good to add an image of a map with an arrow on it showing the property's location when you're editing the video. The meal looked tasty, I'd need 2 of them lol. The first condo isn't bad at all and the location is good however I still have my heart set on Hillside 4, any idea if they have any condos with a separate bedroom? 13k Baht $350 bargain...excellent video - glad I resubscribed. Question is from $160 to $350 is $190...does it justify the extra expense...opportunity cost of taking the first one over the third - cost savings versus space. Great work truly!

you obviously took a lot of time and effort doing this. but I doubt it will make more viewing count. you should have listened to the sound advise from others on this channel. some of what you did was terrific - like the voice over bits. that was really great. but the condos were nothing special not in size not price. and it was too fast. too condensed. I have no idea why you are afraid to go over the 10 min. mark? no idea. good luck
