That Bundt cake you can do in a silicone fluted pan in the microwave using ONLY the cake mix and the whole can of sprite. Mix the soda and the cake mix (I've made it with all sorts of different combinations), pour into the silicone pan that you've sprayed with release and microwave on high 7 minutes.

For the brownie trifle, I make a "grown up" version of this. I add bailey's or kahlua drizzled throughout. And I have used chocolate cake chunks or brownies depending on what I have on hand. It's so good either way!

They are fantastic to use for any layered dessert and make everything look super fancy, 'cause everyone gets their own little gussied up dish. *edit* Google mini trifle dish and you should be well on your way to being able to make the trifles in miniature.
