Thanks for this video! I bought the same Jeep off Facebook marketplace and determined the battery was dead. I bought the same battery and charger and it works like a dream, although I just reinstalled the battery in the case and continue to use the dc port to charge. Great video!

Is there red wire coming from car going though the red box and ending in battery terminal ?

No, there’s a connector at the bottom of the red box that has the wires that lead to the battery terminal spades. The bottom of the red box should have a 2/0 Quick Connect that connects to the car when you drop the battery box back in.

Thank you!!! I don’t believe they do. I do something similar and have two batteries. I left the lid off, leaving only the bottom portion of the case with a new battery inside it. I disconnect the spades at the battery terminals Neg>Pwr, lift the depleted battery out of the case, and drop in the newly charged one, reconnect spades Pwr>Neg. This allows it to go for over 2 hrs. Also charge at the spades now since the top is left off.

Great video i just found a jeep today on the street and it looks almost beand new ot xane with the battery and charger but the battery wont charge anymore so i gotta get a new battery and ill have a working JEEP for under $40 bucks

Will this work with a moderno 24v or is there more than 1 battery in it. I haven’t opened the battery box yet so I don’t know.

Yes you will need to replace both batteries. 24v is just two 12v batteries in series.
