Could you please tell us what is the model of the Starcaft trailer? I had a 1996 Starcraft Stardust 1021 and yours looks very similar to it. Looks like you put a lot of hard work into yours :)

Yes, it's a 1993 Starcraft Stardust! I don't know the model number though. I did remove the sink and water holding tank. Ours never had a water heater.

What would you recommend for flooring instead of stick on vinyl?

I've had much better luck with vinyl plank flooring (the snap and lock type) in my other camper. Some brands are even rated for 3 season rooms and even more extreme temperature fluctuations. Those would be the safest bet (although I didn't use one of those brands and there hasn't been any issues with mine (i installed it 3 years ago)
