I appreciate your recipes and ideas. Going into summer, if you want ideas for future videos....I would ask for recipe ideas to use summer produce and without heating up the kitchen. Grilling is an option but typically reserved to weekends or with larger gatherings. Everyday in summer, we need to use up tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, green beans, etc. from our garden and it can be challenging to find meatless options. This is the challenge from about July 1 to September 1. Thank you for the question.

Hi Malin, you got it right, it's called pangrattato (grated bread) but it's usually made with dried bread (as a way to not waste break that has been sitting there for too long and can't be eaten) and sometimes we also add some seasonings like dried herbs. One question regarding the Creamy Bell Pepper and Sunflower Seed Pasta: do you think it's okay to substitute peppers with sundried tomatoes? Unfortunately my partner can't digest peppers. Thanks

So glad I checked your channel before leaving for the store! 😂 My list is updated to include cabbage (I love it but don’t buy enough! I’ll ferment half and use the rest like you show here) and also jarred roasted red pepper. We are experiencing the same bell pepper inflation here, sadly. It’s a mystery that the small baby bell peppers have remained the same price and even cheaper in some stores… I can’t make sense of it! Also - I like the idea of customizing a dish based on more affordable components than maybe what you normally use. I’d love to see maybe a picnic spread? I plan on doing more group picnics this year while it’s gorgeous outside. Thanks as always and hope you’re enjoying good weather over there!

So I tried the pasta last night but used firm tofu instead of the seeds since I didn’t have enough seeds and have high protein requirements (I used chickpea pasta as Wel) - this was DELICIOUS!! Thank you! This is definitely a new staple for me this season. Luckily I got a HUGE jar of peppers 😂

Hey, recipes said .75 sunflower seeds, could you clarify the quantity? Thanks so much!
