I currently work as a librarian in an academic setting but I still appreciate your highlighting using the library! Also, I find having a dog is just a huge icebreaker. With my little pup she's a chihuahua and especially if she's wearing a sweater, people can't stand how cute she is and they definitely say something.

Hey Budget Girl. I have a question (sorry for my poor English, I am from Europe, a non-native English speaker). I have seen many videos about people going about hungry, attending soup kitchens to get free meals, or food pantry... How is it with couponing in the U.S.? You see, I just dont understand why there are so many hungry people when they can use coupons to get so much free food and other things... In my country there is no such a coupon system, so I dont quite know how it works and if that works only in some federal states of the USA etc.
