That's a great setup!!! We dumpster dive to make ends meet, and we find shelves in the dumpster when stores close permanently. That's another cheap option for those who are struggling. There's a lot of judgment involved in dumpster diving, but you wouldn't believe the stuff people just throw away.

I was trying to make a comment but it wasn't going through. I think we should get a community going from state to state and call it f. The government or something more clever to help bring awareness to Homestead and gardening. Keeping chickens and all sorts of stuff. I run a chicken house that holds almost 20 000 birds. So I have plenty of eggs and I'm getting ready to start.Dehydrating them ❤ Absolutely.Love your channel.Please keep up the good work

I my self am starting a farm stead we just bought our first home last year. this im starting a small garden this year and next we have a 1/3 acre area that is perfect for a garden. But the land has never been worked and i dont think my hoe and shovel will be enough at this time lol. But anyways im doing a roughly 50/50 mix of in ground and container plots fingers crossed. Just had my first seedlings pop a watermelon has popped through im happy as a lark. Keep up these amazing videos you are a insperation to me to keep going with my homestead. Thank you.

I need that heating pad. All I have are the 11x20 ones and they don't work on my similar shelf. I am making do with what I have but next year I will be upgrading a bit. My LED lights are too powerful but also not wide enough for the shelves so the coverage is poorly optimized.

I love this idea as we don't have an outdoor garden, but I want to start growing food. Is it possible to use this shelf setup to fully grow plants indoors as long as I increase the planter box size as needed?

Those blurple LEDs are so ancient and inefficient compared to the newer LED grow lights out.
