What do you mean by search locally ???? Means we will stay in PG and Go to localities directly and check with Gaurds which Flat is blank ...if we don't approach Gaurds , How do we know which flat is available for rent ...? Also , If we go to Flat Societies ..it will even more difficult because in each apartment there will be 100 of flats...also they don't allow you inside society if you dont have Society ID ..how can we know which flat is available...and how do we contact the owner of the society flat ?? I am asking all this because I don't want to pay brokerage to those brokers.

Hey I totally understand your point, the reason i told you is because i got in the samw way like that and to be very honest there is no broker in between if you search locally and if you come to a new city like Hyd staying in Pg for a 1 month 2 month is fine snd then you can hunt for your preferred flat. I am saying all these all flats are small or big in size and if you wont search by yourself its hard to get here that’s why i have informed in video also and in that same way many of my colleagues also got flats.

It's fine if you go to individual local owners who have a 2-3 floor building which they have built for residential purposes...I stayed in Bangalore and I searched flat like the same ....by searching in the localities asking which flat is vacant and who is the owner...but this may not work in a gated society...if the gate keepers help than its a different thing

See its very easy not there is a person in all buildings and they have owner numbers and details you can directly talk to owners dont have to go inside and visit 100 flats just take numbers and talk to owner simple.
