I can relate your story.. Let me tell you my story. After placed in a company (my 1st company) I shifted to Bhubaneswar and stayed at a PG.After one month I realize that I need room for self so I started searching room in olx and some other websites. But nothing works. Then I started searching in person I.e door to door😅. Ig in one day I visited 30 rooms but as I'm a bachelor the only word I heard is "No" 😅.. And the main problem is room owners hire brokers and the broker charges is 60% of your room rent...to solve this I'll say if you have any connections living near your area pick them and search room..

Hello bhai, I am from hyderabad like not exactly in the city. What's my suggestion is try to rent at city outside like I stays in balaji nagar, Secundrabad is just 14 km away from my home. Here, you can get house also very easily and it's not that much costly.

How a software Engineer getting 7-8 lakh CTC will live there??? As his monthly ctc will be around 60k (not hand salary 😂). Or the setup you are looking for is expensive??? Or there will be 4-5 people who will live and share that 45k?

All of these societies are very new n r located near to IT companies, that’s the reason they r so expensive. But in Hyd, u shud check places like Hyderguda, suncity, mehdipatnam . These places also have apartments n societies. 3bhk flats costs u around 10-15k per month with no amenities but very decent n huge flats. 20-25k with furniture n amenities. These 2 places are very happening n near to IT companies. 20-30min distance, which is very normal in hyd. Many of them are ok rent to bachelors too.
