Budget Management in Odoo 16 Accounting | What is budget management in Odoo 16?

Hi, I'm trying to implement budgets in Odoo using analytic accounts, and if I make a purchase it works ok because this cost is subtracted from budget, but if I enter timesheet in analytic account using project and tasks in this analytic account, this cost is not subtracted from budget. Why?
