It was $12 for my plate, and yes, In Grand Cayman, that is an inexpensive meal :)

Just to clarify, “budget” is always relative to the location, and while you may eat for less than that by cooking yourself, Grand Cayman is an expensive locale. A meal under $12 at a restaurant is very hard to find.
