That low oil pressure at idle could mean 3 things, low on oil, oil temperature gets too high, or a bad oil pump

I had similar with a cheap oil sender, was down to a resistance issue. They Earth to the block but the ptfe tape can cut the contact by doing its job of sealing. I swapped to a VDO sender with positive and negative terminals and gauge was happy then.

Just some information the typical or "generic" spec for oil pressure is 10 psi for every 1000 rpm. your idle pressure is perfectly fine and oil pressure will go down as components wear. Since it is an older car with an older engine your oil pressure is perfect, keep making amazing videos keep it up bud!
