Thanks for the guide, it's truly made me regret levelling my Infernalist for so long. I was finding it clunky to use Siphoning Strike because trash mobs were constantly dying one shot and it was scary to get in close to elites. Swapped it out for Combat Frenzy (> Clarity > Profusion) and pathed to Resonance instead of Frazzled to generate power charges with Electrocute on Herald of Thunder so that I could also one-shot elites. Also added electrocute to Herald of Thunder and am running Herald of Ice for added damage and Power Charge generation (not sure if the latter works). I can now have Charged Staff up permanently without any close-range risk. My Storm Wave absolutely slaps in maps and breaches, and I can switch to Tempest Flurry and Bell for boss fights. Also took out Elemental Focus and replaced it with Lifetap on Storm Wave, because it got me killed a couple of times running out of mana from a hit and not responding quickly enough to the lack of mana. Probably a skill issue on my part but it feels super smooth now since I had a 2% life gain on kill jewel by chance and I've just leveled from 84>88 in T15/16 maps without dying once. For mobility and to free up the spirit for the above, I use a shield on swap and Shield Charge > Second Wind > Ingenuity to replace Blink. I'm probably running a bit more gear than low-budget, but nowhere close to an Astramentis and being able to switch to the spin-to-win Tempest Flurry playstyle.

I think the solution should hopefully come from build diversity rather than from nerfing attribute stacking into the ground. They should add more viable sources of damage scaling beyond attributes and mana and then maybe buff boss health and possibly damage to put stress on gearing. I can see the game going from strength to strength when they add more content.

Easily farm a couple divines per hour with the right setup. I’d say 20 divines would take 20 hours given bare minimum a build that clears t15 consistently

works great 👍 sadly i was on the wrong video at first, from a guy copying this with no knowledge how it works. But with your Gem setup and skills it works out great. I figured out the hard way that a good setup for tempest bell + hand of chayula is cruel to make this work for bossing at higher tiers. Also the Build is currently even cheaper to get than at the time this video came live. HOWA is around 5div if you dont go for min/max. Build is fun to zoom through maps but going for highest dps aint for me bec. its too expensive ;) I run easily on T15s juiced with "only" 151/259/458 and 2k Health 4k Mana with 241 Mana recovery per second. For me running around with Tempest Flurry is way more fun + faster :) GL Exiles. P.S. i think i paid ~15Div for it

Been runinng 3 Kings helm with your spec and its absolutely insane. It insta freezes everything. Annointed AMU with Herald buff amd it absolutely blows everything up. My Flicker doesnt even do more than 1 hit bc the 1st one freezes and explodes the entire mob regardless the size. Its soooo much fun.

The gear itself is just good. Body armour generally good and staff for attribute stacking if you're using quarterstaff. Gemling is probably ideal for this int AoE build with Mind Over Matter, but I've seen Rangers do dex stacking instead with high evasion for some crazy speedster shit using quarterstaff abilities just zooming. So it's possible, but not sure how well it'd be with int stacking compared to dex stacking when it comes to Monks, wouldn't be bad though, but would just need to attempt it and if it doesn't work, try with dex stacking instead basically if you still wanna try it

Depends on where you at I’m running the exact same build without ingenuity belt and astramentis. I can one tap regular T16 mob, boss will take me a few seconds because this build doesn’t give you mana regen. So I got jewels for mana leech, along with “magnitude of shock” because you want mobs to take more dmg

Slot curses on Hand of Chayula, Tempest Flurry to drop Tempest Bell, and Siphoning Strike to gain charges for Charged Staff on boss for single target nuke.

​@@samhyde2339you use tempest flurry for boss dmg, correct? My variant use ice strike and str stacking and the issue I have after trying this one out is that tempest flurry seems to have a worse attack tracking, it doesn't hit the bell automatically, but aims randomly

@@Luctor You should use flurry and storm wave or ice strike interchangeably. Flurry is really good for map clear, dropping tempest bell, and can be good for bossing as long as your attack speed and damage is high enough. If a boss is doing a aoe wind up, pelt them with storm wave or ice strike. I'm assuming you're a gemling legionnaire so make use of the ascendancy to be able to use the same support gem on two abilities at once. Hand of Chayula is also useful for applying socketed curses/marks for additional damage and damage reduction.

@@StudentOfLifezI don’t think so, but those are hard stats to get and give the most benefit compared to the other choices. We don’t have a good way of getting our mana back after a big hit so any regen we can get is great. If you can max chaos res without the 10% you can go for the +5 all attributes instead, but that’s really hard so budget should just grab the chaos res.

see a lot of difference in playstyle to roanarrays nuke wave invoker. only have it at 5 div budget now but i bus t15 maps corruped with breaches and all, into lvl 92 now. but i have the breaches not as high as you yet. i see tempest flurry into bell as VERY strong, even on invoker and probably differrnt classes aswell, i can kill a five million health boss and hes like permastunned electrocuted frozen with 5 div invested. your legionnaire might be stronger tho but i'm unsure, the stacking potential seems to be a lot higher though i too will get HOWA later. do you think your build is stronger than ronarrays crit nuke wave invoker?

He said the 12 inc per 5 strength is stronger but it's like 1-2 div vs 5 exalt for the 3 socket one so he went with that for budget. If you already have the 12 inc weapon then its better.

EDIT: sorry i meant in your maxroll planer, you have double chaos dmg rings on your "fast moving" one, just wanting to know the reason why you run that? Is it just because thats what those rings naturally come with?

Loving this build, But I couldn't manage to get my stormwave damaged to go past 28k. I have tried everything. while seeing you have 38K any idea how?

mine is at 45k with upheaval and 95 without it. Do you have much dex? attack speed plays a big roll. Same with strength. I still die in one hit though.

does black sun helmet necessary? rare helmet with max mana and int and ele res looks fine to me.

Im sure you could get away with a rare helmet yeah, especially if you have a particularly nice one. more resists on helmet means you can get attributes somewhere else anyway

Equip pillar asap, spam int on passive points, get flat lightning or cold on hit for equips then play really safe until you get the storm wave thing, it gets easy once you're there
