I'm up by 430am, work, then usually in the garage by 3pm so have a good 6-7 hours if I stay busy and go to bed by 11, which includes family time, dinner, walk, edit video etc. Weekends I'm up late after kids go to bed, and I get a lot done when the kids are with me also.
