Because when they say installation it should be the full installation at the site besides they shouldn't cheat customers saying the extra insulation tap is must and the worst thing is he don't know any technical things about AC (I am just asking about available different cooling modes in ac/remote but he doesn't know anything. I'm ok that I can search for the same in KZbin or through some other resources but what if there are elderly people at home who are asking how to use remote and he's behaving like this so that's what my concern )

True. We bought Voltas Split AC. While fixing itself, the technician unnecessarily charged extra extra. We had free service within the year. When called, one technician came, he brought one gas cylinder with him. He said we will check for gas, while checking itself, he let some gas out, and demanded gas to be refilled.
