Man I just want to say thank you. Everybody on the internet is going crazy about Sig. I've owned and carried my G3C for a while for EDC protection of me and my family. I went and put the 365 on layaway cause it's expensive. But I just want to say thanks for giving an honest review and not catering to the taurus haters.

Another note, the G3C rear sight is compatible with the Glock series. They do have a lot of after market addons available. Also, the G3C magwell, will accept both the G2C, as well as the G3 magazines.

I own the G3c, and I changed the Iron sight's to Ameriglo GL-353UC. At $65 for sights $30 for a professional to install. They work great.

I've shot the 365XL and I liked it. I haven't tried the G3C.

If you've shot a G2c then the G3c is very similar with a slightly better trigger.

I really prefer the G3C (have the G3 and G3c) and call me old fashioned if you want, but having the manual safety for me is a MUST, more than 1000 rounds w/o issue.

@@defensedad I'm not big on plastic guns or plastic parts on guns and I'm not big on striker fire I'm also not big on compact and subcompact and I'm not much of a rimfire guy. Doesn't mean I don't own stuff that has those characteristics though.

Only issue with Taurus is their reputation for reliability issues which you saying you had to send your first one back does nothing to improve the rep. However, I'll admit the Taurus is the best feeling gun I've ever held and shot.

So are you saying I shouldn't have pointed out the failure with the gun? I like Taurus but if I'm reviewing a product, I will always be up front about my experience whether it is good or bad. They did an awesome job on the customer service end and I was satisfied with the service and product after that.

@@defensedad he didn’t say you shouldn’t have mentioned that. He’s pointing out that Taurus has a reputation for having reliability issues, and you mentioning your issues with the gun only confirms its poor reputation for said issues. Otherwise the Taurus is a great feeling gun.

The accuracy is a wash to me. Your shooting is horrible your flinching and slapping the trigger. At 7 yards your groups should be much much tighter.

I'm not a Crack shot. I just let new gun owners know what my experiences are. I appreciate you watching though. That said then if you were advising someone considering one of the 2 guns as a first firearm, what would YOU tell them?

@@defensedad I own 1 pistol and it's my everyday carry. It's a sig sauer m18 with a romeo 1 pro and a olight pl mini and moss coloured talon grips. I prefer larger pistols but if I was to choose 1 it would have to be the sig p365 xl. Reason is because its modularity and optic ready.

@@defensedad 1st thing I would ask is what's there budget. If money wasn't a object I would pick the 365 xl. Reasons 1. Modularity 2. Optic ready 3. Reliably

@@bigbossoooo agreed on those points. Some people get really butthurt of you say anything against a Taurus though so I was feeling you out on that. Lol

@@bigbossoooo most of my videos are literally the first mag or two with the guns I'm testing or maybe a follow up months later. Sometimes I only get an hour or so with some of them. I actually like that though because it's close to the experience someone would have renting that gun at a range to decide how they like it. I wish I got more time with each gun or that ammo was plentiful and cheap like it used to be so that I could shoot each more. Someday it'll get back to normal.
