When I travelled to Amsterdam in 2019. I only had a daily budget of €40. It was fairly easy I stayed in a €10 Airbnb in Halfweg. Walked around everywhere and found food deals.

Got ripped off with the pancake, but the ice bar was pretty good €26.50 and get 3 drinks included, Pretty decent compared to how much cocktails usually cost on their own. The protester transaltion "We find anything to moan about" lol
