BUDGIE A HIDDEN GEM OF A GROUP .LIKE MANY I IMAGINE WOULD IF NEVER KNEW ABOUT THEF UNTIL METALLICA COVERED BREADFAN. A NAM VET WAS THE 1 WHO TOLD ME ABOUT BUDGIE AS WE WERE TALKIN ABOUT RUSH AND GEDDY LEES VOCALS POPPED UP.THEN HE SSID EVER HEAR BUDGIE?? I SAID ONLY THE METALLICA VERSIONS.

Same with me, except the Nam Vet. Thanks for your service. I've been listening to them every day practically all year. I'm thinking how'd I miss out on them. Coming from N.Y., I think I heard of everything. I've listened to all of their albums that spanned like 71-83. Every song and every album is great. I LOVE THEM! They've gone from a band that I only knew from the Metallica cover of Breadfan, to in my top 25 bands of all-time. And, I still don't know how I missed out on them.

my brother never even heard of em and he saw alit if shiws and lustened to alot if rock bsnds then i wss the metal guy in like 1980..budgie Is great.they have a live from san antonio album thats pretty good .i have it somewhere

@@GRILLBUOY101 I worked at a record shop 88-89 and no one ever asked if we had Budgie. Strange thing. It was kind of like that with Rory Gallagher and Wishbone Ash too.
