I had a budgie land on my head at the park last week it is a great talker and no one has claimed him yet so l will adopt if the owner doesn't call. He says long sentences and chats all day

I just speak to him like he’s part of the family, always ask what he’s doing and tell him I love him. I think it helps also my kids love to talk, a LOT :)
