Thank you so much for the first 4mins of this video especially because it really helped put the Kihon in perspective for me. I love and appreciate how you drew it out being one who learns through images more than any other way, it really hit home for me so thank you 🙏🏼 Sensei Norcross.

Great video and explanations, I really like how you break everything down into easy to understand concepts. May I suggest that if uke simulates a modern attack that he isn't using tsuki; the typical modern attack is a jab-cross or hook/haymaker where the left foot (for orthodox fighters) stays in front the whole time; it's just a different dynamic to work with than the traditional tsuki style punch. Keep up the videos, I'm really enjoying them, thanks for sharing!

Thank you. We train modern punches and attacks every day here in regular daily class. Most of the videos people will see online will be of our "classical" class. We do not film our regular curriculum or classes. Thanks!

This video shows in some way the transition of some techniques that Krav Maga adopted and adapted from Ninjutsu.

It would be more impressive if you didn’t move twice as fast as your uke.

Chris. We move both fast and very slow, when appropriate in between the filmed parts. We also resist, go full speed with gear on, and spar it all out to keep the techniques and energy real. You are only seeing one little snippet in the video.

Outside block is better done with the hand turned out the structural strength is considerably different. Test it.
