it's coming street legal lol, the version 2 that hit Sturgis had all EPA/DOT equipment

I'm sure the mix-up was the exhausts on a few of them. They had the "off-road" secondary muffler delete, and then a full track exhaust on the other. But a few others were the full production street legal ones, which will be standard.

@FXLRST_Treebag Yeah, sorta kinda. All the exhausts they had on those bikes were legal on the street (excluding Cali). But also, for production, they have to abide by the EPA's rules and have a muffler, cat, all that stuff. Cool thing is they're handing off a few of them to customization shops soon, to create systems we can all buy immediately!

It’s definitely coming street legal with carry over parts from other Buell models (mirrors, signals, lights, etc), the exhaust on all bikes will meet California emissions standards and is also standard on other models of Buell motorcycles. I thought the same thing you did about the price but Buell just announced that the MSRP for base model will be $25,900. They also announced that if you have the $50 deposit down then you can get $2,000 off the cost by placing an additional $1,000. deposit between September 12 - November 12, 2024. 👍

@@1190Shellback they are smart, those deposits I'd what will allow them to build this massive fleet of bikes.
