Bs as está a otro nivel.. ninguna ciudad de LATAM se le acerca ,. Por historia, personalidad, cultura y carácter .. incluso más linda que muchas ciudades europeas .. y ni hablar de su arquitectura,. Art Decó, Noveau, romano, francés, gótico y moderno .. barrios como Belgrano R con su estilo inglés .. museos,. Librerías,. Teatros y centros culturales
