Great video and playing! I've got one of those too, with a Morgan mouthpiece which gives it a great sound

I just got a Buescher C sax. I had an Aquila winds but wanted a vintage C Mel . I’ve really enjoyed it once new pads were installed 👍

That’s a bargain. I’m picking one up tomorrow after an overhaul that cost me way more than that. But I’m still excited to get it. I’ll visit your site first next time. Good video.

Never question ones religion or intonation, still it would be a good idea to get a c melody mouthpiece. Even with a correct mouthpiece it's enough challange to play it in tune.

Hi Steve, I love your videos! But was wondering if you have or can find me the post to operate the neck Octave post 1922 Buesuer c melody? Just what you were saying in your video. Will pay gladly!

Thanks Steve- I've had two and sold both. Started with C melody as I found it easier with perfect pirch. Stan Getz said I sounded good on it and tried mine about 40 years ago. They ARE discriminated against.

I recognize the “My Three Son’s” theme! I used to have a C Melody but got rid of it. I should have kept it !

You modify that thing so much it's worthless.... Levelled the keyholes .. you might as well throw that out, a collector won't even take that
