Excellent informative Video about Uro Fiber Buff & Shine Pad and Finishing Pad. Apex Detail always uses the Uro Fiber Pad. I’ve always used the 3D Spider their Black and Light Purple when doing a Decontamination on my 2015 BMW 435i Coup. I’m getting a “New” 2021 BMW 430i Coup in February. It has been suggested I do a full vehicle Decontamination. I’ll be using 3D ONE and finishing with 2 applications of 3D Ceramic Coating. I’ll start on Day 1 or 2 after delivery. Would you recommend the Buff & Shine Pad or Black Finishing Pad? I need to see if I Subscribed.

Thanks for watching Ron! If the vehicle is new, hopefully the defects are not so bad. I would start with the least aggressive pad possible. If you are using 3D one (great product) try a buff & shine yellow foam pad, or the black long fiber pad at slower speeds. The Uro Fiber pad might be too aggressive for a new car. @@matthewsspecializeddetaili610 Thanks for your reply! It is “New”. There should be no “defects”. BMW new cars are usually delivered inside commercial vans covered with factory white sheet protection. I asked the BMW dealership in Austin, TX to leave the white sheet protection on the vehicle, unless they and I need to inspect. But, do not wash. I’ll be make the 30 mile drive home and start the Decontamination. That’s why I felt 3D One using the Uro Fiber Buff & Shine 592MFP-BK Finishing Pad would be perfect. Then use 3D Wipe before applying Ceramic Coating.
