He is my age,but I’m a wreck like he was before. Due to a messed up shoulder operation followed by an autoimmune desease,(Guillain Barre Syndrome,very,very rare)I lost my health,my strength,my job.I suffer from depression as well.I’m trying to lose weight,which is hard due to my inability to work out. I need to get my teeth fixed,but it takes money as well. But I’m trying,trying to get some confidence back. Not easy,but what is the alternative? So these guys give me hope as well.

Sorry this might be a tad long I just wanna help an just give advice you didn't ask for. But I truly believe it'll help you. I've been sober for 20 years and I STILL have days that I STRUGGLE! So PLEASE if you don't understand addiction and just what kinda bipolar motherf**ker it is. Then just LOVE HIM AND SUPPORT HIM as long as he stays sober. All of which I'm sure you already do. Now if he (and I pray he don't) slides get him back on the horse. BUT give him ONLY THAT OPTION. You see the biggest thing I've found from being an addict myself and from working with addiction and active addicts for 15 years now. Is we don't really believe the close ones around us will actually leave us! But that 99% of the time is what HAS TO HAPPEN for an addict to TRULY GO oh heck they did cut me completely off and all of a sudden I'm ALONE and this REALLY SUCKS an then we as addicts finally come around. If ya ever need me I'm here bro!

idk what it was but something about him i just always liked buff growing up and wanted to see him make it big, he had the look the entrance and all.. whats crazy is i was bad with drinking myself for many years and i finally made the choice to quit on 8/28/22 so its cool to see someone else go through this with me in a way. def hardest thing i ever had to do but it was also the best thing i ever did. 1 year 1/2 in and im in the best shape since high school lol "im in my early 30s" i use to always look foward to my next drink now i look foward to my next milestone. it is a hard battle to overcome but it is so worth it trust me "incase anyone else is dealing with this" i actually got my one friend to quit to recently and shes 2 months sober and thanks me atleast once a week cause she feels so much more alive now. sobriety truly is a blessing

I love Buff and I'm glad to see him looking well, but Scotty Riggs... man I know he won't get to read these comments but I was a kid in Jr High and I don't know why Scotty had my attention. It shows he cares about people. Regular exercise program works wonders for the body and mind. The flexibility part should be implemented by everyone as it helps reduce a lot of ailments. Finally, does happen to help to bring in the cash. I don't think money is his biggest driver. I do think it is the result of his passion. I don't use his program as it's a bit out of my price range. I do HIIT training with weights. Some additional flexibility training as well. Exercise does help with mind and body. You don't have to go to the gym. I'm lucky enough to have my own home gym. I do miss the atmosphere of the gym, but my local gym didn't have things that I wanted to help with my training. I'm a chronic sufferer of depression. Exercise helps me tremendously to keep it controllable. Not saying it's a fix but does make it more tolerable for myself. I wish everyone good health, both mentally and physically. Look forward to seeing ho Buff and Scott continue their journey.
