Just got the one with braids and ginger hair, I do wish these dolls had a bit more to them but I guess since they are "collector" releases they're meant to be redressed and customized

Hello - The face sculpt appears to be a fuller version of the very rare original mold of the AA Ken in the Basics line of 2010. To one's personal knowledge this has not been repeated by Mattel. Another good reason to pick this one up. Sure to already be sought after in the near future. One thing is we will have to budget for more outfits from Etsy. Happy collecting!

It's amazing to see this head sculpt be back ! First it showed up in 2011 and appeared for the last time in 2013 as the ATM Univesity guy. I think he is one of the most beautiful afro american male faces from Mattel and bringing him back in her darkness complession and in this new body style it's cool. I definitely want him,but as I see there's something going on and letting him difficult to purchase....

I got mine the other day and have ordered more. I agree with you about the boots. I am trying to decide if I just want to go ahead and cut them or not. Also, would like more bodies and more complexions. It would be nice to have an articulated slim body.

I just ordered two of the new Looks #25 dolls yesterday. I'm definitely going to redress them when I get them because the color palette of these new Loooks dolls are more Easter than 90's style to me.. 💯

@sorasong9708 I ended buying a total of four him & kept the one with the tightest curly hair. I conditioned & trimmed the hair, & lightly gelled it for a tighter look & put him in display, & the other four are being used as body donors. 💯

I think they did the boots like that so the food could go in, and still be tigher on top. Mine is the same. Waiting for my second one of him so I can head swap. I wanted at least two Kens in this wave, but oh well.

YES! A broad range of MTM bodies especially a broad and petite Ken. Perhaps a slim (twink) Made To Move doll or Skipper Ken MTM. I also want more of that Brooklyn MTM Athletic body in different skin tones. Let’s go!

I love this Ken, when I got him I was sooo and am very happy. I also have 24, I am thinking about finding her skin tone in a tall and t king her out of the fat body she is in although she is gorgeous the way she is , I just think she would get that extra empf in a tall body. We need more asian Ken's. Not just "vaguely asian" ones either. I know we got "Brandon" in the Color Pop wave but he comes off more Filipino (I'm part filipino trust me he looks like one). More Black Ken's with different skintones, they already did this skintone in wave 1. It's frustrating when they tease all sorts of MTM skintones in their Style Instagram but we gotta wait 1-2 years for the possibility of them.
