Buffalo Bill (August, 1983)

Wendy is a big fan of a guest on Bill's show, but after Bill insults him on the air and upends the interview by inviting a Burt Reynolds-look-a-like on screen, Wendy plans a confrontation with Bill.
According to Wikipedia, this episode was unaired during Buffalo Bill's network run on NBC. It would have been the final episode of season 1.

You all, why is the star on Bill Bittinger's door shaped like that?? It isn't even a tilted star. That is a deliberate satanic star on Bill's door. You know, i started watching this series a couple hours ago, and it felt good to see so many familiar faces. Actors, some in the beginning of their careers and others in the middle, all working together on a somewhat funny show. .. but i am reminded that it doesn't matter how old a show is. Hollywood has always been evil. And you can find satan in even fairly harmless-looking movies and television shows. It's no fault of the channel's, but i can't help feeling dejected right now. It's just unfortunate.
