Yeah his injury really hurt, he was underrated all year. Another reason, along with our stellar Secondary that Bills finished 2nd in Total Defense (yards per game) this year.

@@Mryrhodesian I have great expectations for next season. I think Josh Allen is the franchise QB. He showed good progress as the season advanced. The same can be said for Zay Jones. Defence is solid. Coaching is set as well. Man it feels like Christmas is coming!!

With the draft done, and Buffalo's new receivers and offensive players, I'm really hoping that Josh Allen can get a good rapport going with them, like he had last season. Keeping my fingers crossed that he takes the BILLS to the playoffs this year.. GO BUFFALO!

Amazing tidbit from last year: When Vontae Davis retired at halftime during the 2nd game of the season vs Chargers, People were making memes and saying the Bills had the worst defense in the league. It was understandable, as we had given up 75 points in just a game and a half worth of football. Strangely, from the point he retired, on......we had possibly the best total defense in the league, and even with that rough start we Finished 2nd in Total Defense. All we really needed was for him to retire....LOL

After watching all season, and now watching all the highlights. I have to say that this years BILLS are going to go the distance next season!! I love my BILLS! Been a fan for over 40 years. I keep hearing how great the BILLS were in the 80' & 90's. And they were great! But Jim who? For a young kid. JosH Allen is the best thing BUFFALO has ever had! GO BILLS!!!!

Hey Pumpkin, I agree! That Vikings game was amazing! They came out all pumped up as Super Bowl contenders, thinking they are gonna take out the new kid.. They had no idea who they were messin with!!! Josh is a BEAST!! Is there anything that kid can't do??? I can't wait to see him in action again this coming season!! He run's, he jump's, he flies , he's got a shot-gun of an arm!!!! At first I was very upset to see McDermott trade his star QB, Taylor off. But once I saw Josh Allen in action, I thought it was for the best.. If Taylor had stayed, Allen would have gone somewhere else. So, LET'S GO BUFFALO IN 2019!!!

Just to add to my previous post. Josh Allen had a phenomenal "Take Charge" attitude last year. He came ont on that playing like a Veteran, not a Rookie. He stepped up and took charge of the line and the team! He's going to be a Hall Of Famer, there's no questioning his talent and ability! For a kid fresh outta college, YOU THE MAN, JOSH!!!!

More like the defense carried the Bills all year (2nd in Total Defense/1st against the Pass). On offense though, Josh Allen certainly carried the team, leading team in passing and rushing....along with Robert Foster finally starting the 2nd half of the season. Pretty crazy that Foster was actually dropped from the Practice squad at one point, and couldn't been picked up by another team....and then pretty much becomes our number 1 WR late in the season.

With the new additions at wr this should be an interesting season for the passing game as long as Josh Allen goes thru his progressions and trusts what he sees and uses Cole Beasley in the short passing game to move the chains.
