Just made this, and WOW. My fried chicken game has been unbelievably weak my entire life, but this recipe has changed that. Not sure if it was the baking soda marinade, or the beer batter, or the fact that I really pressed the flour into the chicken, but something just worked. Can't wait to make this for my family. The girl I’m currently talking to is obsessed with boneless buffalo wings, I’m a pretty good home cook and I bet she’ll really love these next time I come say hello at her place and all of a sudden drop these works of art on her. And thank you for respecting and exposing others to Sazon, but do watch out, it has an incredible amount of sodium cus it’s supposed to be used for heavy seasoning (supposed to cus you can do what you want just in moderation).

Looks Fustratingly Good. I used to work at the Habachi Grill in Georgia. The kitchen staff would put baking soda on the fish before they fried it. They said it helped swell up the meat so people felt fuller at the Buffett...But It does wonders for chicken.Nice😎
