1 Rotisserie Chicken or 2 - 3 Chicken Breast
1 cup Ranch Dressing
1 cup Hot Sauce (Frank's RedHot)
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 /12 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Green Onions
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayo (your favorite mayo)
1/4 cup Milk
1 tsp Onion Powder

I just made this, I substituted half a cup of the Frank's red hot, for my favorite Grace red pepper sauce, from the Jamaican aisle, it added just the right amount of spice! Good call on the scallions, I feel like they added the perfect flavor. I also used Monterrey Jack cheese. About cup of each cheese. Lastly, I grabbed the French baguette, sliced it up, rubbed it down with olive oil, and kosher salt, and toasted them. I'm literally standing in the kitchen eating it straight out the pan. I can't stop myself. 😂😂😂 Luckily I live alone, and I have this all to myself!

This is probably my favorite Super Bowl dish. I found the recipe about 10 years ago or so and it is ALWAYS a hit! I am planning to make it again this weekend. I had to come see how AB does his. I love using rotisserie chickens for recipes where you need it already cooked, I sometimes use it for quick enchiladas or quick chicken soup with some broth and rice. And the skin makes a great snack too

I've been making this for a few years now. Never disappoints. I leave the skin on and usually use red pepper flakes for a little extra kick and blue cheese to mellow it out. I've never about the browning on the top. Will give it a try.

Thank you for your version of this recipe. I already knew how to make this but I'm texting because I suffer from acid reflux really bad even causing back up when I sleep. I don't do spicy but for some reason I have ate this version 3 times even before I go to sleep no reflux at all. I dont know if it was the home made ranch dressing or what, but this is definitely a keeper for me thank you❤️

Try 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with 8 oz water before you eat a meal to stop acid reflux. You can also drink it after a meal too but I’m telling you it cured my acid reflux issues. You should try it.
