INGREDIENTS
2 TO 2 1/2 lbs shredded cooked chicken
1 medium onion sautéed (optional)
1 cup (8oz) Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
1 oz package Ranch Dip seasoning
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese (or cheddar)
1 1/2 oz to 2 oz crumbled blue cheese (optional)
fresh chives for garnish
4.5 Quart Crock Pot
Cook on Low setting for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until cheese is melted and bubbly, then set to keep warm
Serves 8 to 10 guests appetizer portions
