I used to work at bdubs and you’re correct, customer service isn’t all there. We used to go through literally 3-5 new line cooks a week. Even the ones that worked there for multiple years would show up late every single day. The general manager would only help out once her new line cooks were way over their head and then get onto the rest of us for not helping out more like we weren’t busy ourselves. Then her family would come in and come into the kitchen and order food for themselves without paying for it whether we were busy or not. It was a circus. I’ve worked in 7-8 restaurants and never seen a circus like that before. Every single aspect of that place was disfunction

This seems to line up with the couple of times I went to my local BWW. Everyone seemed miserable and stressed out there. It looked like it took a monumental effort for our hostess to be pleasant when she greeted us. And then there is the reason we stopped going where our orders were often wrong, or the food was just made poorly. That place aint cheap so they only got so many opportunities before my family and I didnt want to go there any more.

Frustration is completely justified; something as simple as order accuracy correlates to retention rate. I already know the quality of food I'm getting but specific locations are either consistent or not and that adheres to whether I want to travel a bit more for it or settle for something else. Reliability and ease of access play a significant role in success and restaurants forget that.

You are right Buffalo Wild Wings is really trash I ordered once years ago when they had the Doritos wings and half my order was missing like none of the sodas that I ordered and the Doritos coating wasn’t on there called to see what was up she told me to contact the driver to come back and get it I was in Jersey City and the store was in Secaucus like I didn’t order from Door Dash I ordered it directly of your website and you had DoorDash deliver it to me. This was like $30+ for like 2 meals. Did a dispute with my credit card and filed a complaint with corporate as evidence for the dispute and I got my money back. I never ordered from them again, so I truly get where you are coming from. From that day forward I don’t bother arguing when people mess up my order I’ll just file a dispute and get my money back. Your business will lose money like it’s not hard to do your job right the first time

as per the usual with QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants) the quality comes down ENTIRELY to the people working there. that is a FACT that has been proven time and again, on the internet. and the people working at this B-DUBS, are either stupid as all hell, or they dont give a fuck. and i'm inclined to believe the latter, since they sold King an undercooked Chicken Sandwich before.

BDubs isn't setting any records for service and wing consistency, but I've tried several times to like ANY of Wingstop's sauces/rubs, but the only ones I even somewhat enjoy are the traditional hot and the Korean Q. *Maybe* the Louisiana Rub on occasion is good. Everything else is trash. Even the Garlic Parm wings that everyone seems to rave about are terrible. I appreciate what they're going for with the real parmesan, but it tastes like a funky, sweaty sock to me. BDubs on the other hand has 12-15 sauces/rubs that are legitimately good-to-great. If I'm going to play Russian Roulette in hopes of landing a well cooked, well sauced wing, I'll pick BDubs 100% of the time.

i usually dont talk shit about restaurants. But my experience with BWW was that we left after waiting 15 mins at the entrance to get us seated and take our order. Only had 3-5 customers at the bar so it wasnt busy at all. Never went back again.

After reading this review I am glad I am not the only person that has an incompetent BWW. The one by me constantly does not have my order ready when I order via the app no matter the time or whatever time I put to pick it up. They have messed up my wing sauces, forgotten my sides, and have even given me someone else’s entire order. Here's why someone might order buffalo dry rub... If you like crispy wings and you're ordering delivery/ to go... Get the dry rub wings and a side of your preferred sauce. Then toss your wings in the sauce at home. Wings will be crispy and saucy with a tad bit extra flavor from the dry rub 👍🏾. Aside from that, your rant was 💯% legitimate and much understood.

These managers used to hire some crazy people at my location in Virginia, it’s good now but when I first started this shit was terrible, people not getting orders, dude on burgers gave him the wrong burger with mayo while he was allergic bro, I said “dude it got the purple sticker on it for allergies just make a new burger” he said “they’ll be aight” and put the shit in the f’ing window. Yep. Their lack of quality control is definitely non existent. My two sons and I went to try them for the first time and we each had our own 10 or 15 piece order. We took the large bag and at the last second decided to eat in the store. I took out everyone's box of wings and long and behold my 15 piece order was missing. What if we drove home and found that out and ofc it was my order that was missing. We haven't gone back and more than likely will not. Eat better options out there so let's not be surprised when they go bankrupt and out of business. Better yet let me short their stock to be sure they run out of business 🤣

I use to be a cook at buffalos , I will say the service varys from place to place just like any other chain. But the main issues are the fact that there’s no structure in the kitchen it’s practically a free for all and the cleanliness is non existent, cross contamination everywhere raw chicken juice everywhere , dirty cook and prep stations , and for those who don’t know buffalos makes there wings in 50wing batches and throws them all in a aluminum drawer to “stay warm” but it literally removes any integrity the wings had and leaves you with a slimy nasty ass wing . I wouldn’t eat there tbh better off cooking at home and staying safe

The Bdubbs on Crawfordsville RD in Indianapolis gave me those small hard crumbs that have no meat in them before. No einge just crumbs. Showed the manager and he had an attitude that I brought it back. Bdubs has really good food but man some locations ruin it

On a serious note. I am curious your thoughts on this. Can u address this on a video? What are your thoughts with people serving food who have skin issues? Like eczema? There is a Wild Wings here in my state I went to a couple years ago. The person handling the food orders in the kitchen for to go had his leeves rolled up with really bad eczema. I'm talking really bad all the way up both arms that you could visually see from 20 feet away. I hate to be negative to those people who struggle with those issues. How can they let people work in restaurants where they have serious skin issues? I would be curious your opinion on this.

Bro, if you have frequented these BWW's and they keep messing up your order, then you have every right to call them out. You went there and gave them your hard earned money that right there is a contract, and the establishment should service you with the highest respect. I stopped going to WILD wings. I wssmt a big fan but took my nephew for his birthday because he was. The prices are ridiculous. I think we had 3 or 4 flavors of wings, a app samplers and 2 sprites. It was like $75 . No way some wings and an appetizer with 2 soft drinks should be in the $70s. Than a tip on top. Normally I always give at least 25% it was $100 for some basic pub appretizers! Not even high end chef made food you would have a nice meal. I could go get 2 steaks with sides for the same money as wings and appetizers . Its crazy

The BWW near me consistently serves burgers that taste like they're seasoned with sewer water. I'd honestly rather get a kid's burger from McDonald's lol. Their chicken burgers are solid though (I've yet to get a fucked up order)

We will not go to the b-dubs closest to us. We go to the other ones that are like another 10 minutes away. I agree, it’s annoying. You pay for extra sauce and carrots and stuff and they don’t give it to you, and you just get a bad vibe from it.

Wild wings burgers are good but the do have nation wide problem with messing up orders and there wings be hit or miss. I literally avoid ordering from them because these issue and I don’t think they understand it’s a huge problem.
