Hope this workhorse gets back to form. He’s instrumental as a defenseman. That was an awful shot he took in the leg. For the team, we can’t forget that these guys sacrifice for us. And it’s a nice play for them to piggyback on the Bills/Buffalo Pride for the fans. Quick recovery to ya Sammy! Have a great offseason.

Mark my words best defensive defenseman since Jay Mckee. but for me I'd want him on a 3rd pairing so he and his partner can be a Defensive shutdown nightmare. Grab Josh Manson who's a Righty who can play top minutes and is good defensively to play with Dahlin. I think Samuelsson can play shutdown hockey with Fitzgerald. Laaksonen can be the 7th Dman and split time with Fitzgerald or can easily put him with someone injured.

the guy's actually a big jokester, but if you get put right in front of a camera and asked tons of repetitive innocuous questions your brain might not wanna do the sunshine split in every single instance. he's also a helluva defensive player. but you might want a bad player instead who shows "personality" instead.......
